Information Collected and How It Is Used

Personally Identifiable Data: A third-party email provider collects your name and email address when you sign up for the newsletter. I currently use MailerLite to manage my email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to subscribers. MailerLite is a third-party provider, which may collect and process your data using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from my newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the end of each newsletter.

Payment and Subscription Data: I do not collect any payments through the blog. Kel’s Klass TPT Store collects payment through methods you chose using your Teacher Pay Teacher account.

Automatically Collected Data: Some data collects automatically when you interact with Kel’s Klass. I may receive and store information such as an IP address, device ID, and your activities on the blog or in the store. It may be stored in databases owned and maintained by affiliates, agents, or service providers. I may use this data or combine it with other data to track the number of users and referral sources for customers and purchase of our products.

Data from other Services: You may give me permission to collect your information through other services. For example, you may interact with me through one of my social media accounts such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Pinterest. When you do this, you may share certain information available through those accounts.

Cookies: I use third-party analytic tools like Google Analytics that employ cookies to collect information about your use of my information. No personal information is stored in these cookies and it is simply a way to identify your computer. You can disable cookies at any time by changing your browser or device settings.

With Whom Information Is Shared

I do not sell your information. There may arise circumstances when I may share your data with third parties, such as in a Business Transfer.

Consent: If you provide me with consent to transfer your data.

Related Third Parties: In the event, I hire agents, consultants, or other companies or individuals to perform services for me. For example, the use of a third-party payment processor for purchases.

Legal compliance: I may disclose your Personal Data if required by law or I believe in good faith I am required to for compliance with a legal obligation, to protect my rights, property, and intellectual property, defend against legal liability, or protect users’ or other’s personal safety.


If you give your information voluntarily when replying to a blog post, sharing, or participating in something on the website, it may be seen, collected and used by others, and therefore, I cannot be responsible for any unauthorized or improper use of the information that you voluntarily share in this way.

  • To change or correct any data I have about you.

Opting Out

If Kel’s Klass chooses to send out newsletter updates in the future and I have your email address on file, you may receive a copy of our newsletter. If you no longer wish to receive them, at the bottom of every newsletter will be a way to opt out. Use the unsubscribe button or update your preferences at the bottom of the newsletter. Please, do not mark messages as "Spam," as it makes it more difficult for me to reach the people who want to receive our content.
