It was finally here...the last day of school...kiddos finished up on Friday, but teachers came back today to finish up permanent records, recognize the veterans and retirees, and start the dreaded process a.k.a. Room Pack up. Before and after pictures are a must...I'll show the mass destruction that has occurred tomorrow and the final product neatly packed away by FRIDAY. That's the goal. Friday. I want to enjoy my summer with my hubby and my Cup.
I find that after (almost) 10 years of teaching, I have become quite the pack-rat. I have taught everything from second grade to sixth grade, including a music - both kiddos with special needs and kidlets that are high ability. I'm assuming that after 4ish years in the same grade level, I can safely assume they'll let me stay. I can't be the ONLY pack-rat out there...leave me a comment and let me know how many grades you have taught and for how long...what did you clean out this year, that you know is no longer of use to you???
